We (me and Roman) love the Ergo! Roman mostly loves to eat it :/

Because it's a pain to wash, I made up some snap on pads to cover the straps. I can just pop them off and chuck them in the wash.

They're made out of a cotton print for the front and a double layer of cotton jersey for the back. I also put a loop of bias binding on to loop toys through.

I did try using another pattern I found on a blog, but they were too tight for the straps on my ergo...not sure what happened, so I made a pattern of my own.

Tutorial and pattern download on my blog

Those look great.  I love the toy loop, that's a great idea.

Just what I'm looking for! Our daughter is slobbering up her ergo, it's gross... This is so stylish, and I loved the little loop for a toy. :-)
