Hello Crafster buddies!!  So I actually made myself something!!!  It's something that I just don't do...I make for family, friends, for swaps and never me...until now.  I bought myself a cute little new phone and as is someone's law...whichever phone I buy for myself I can never find a phone case to fit!  I drop my phone quite often and I didn't want to hurt the new poor fella.  I decided to remedy that and stitch something up.  I googled up some images and found this lovely lady...I'm sorry, but I can't remember where I found her.  I was afraid at first that I would not be able to stitch her up in the right size..there is a lot of detail on the image.  I managed to get her to the perfect size though. I used backstitch, satin and chain stitch. This little phone case measures 4 1/2" x nearly 3".  I hand embroidered the images...just kinda winged it on the opposite side of the case with the little microphone and SJ Love...that's me and my guy  Cheesy  The lining is music notes...matching the loop, or the loop is matching the lining rather. The loop can be used to attach to my keys or simply to just to pull out the case from my purse.  I put a pocket on one side for ID/Debit Card/Money..whatever.  Hope you like it!!  Any comments and critz are welcome!!

The pocket side...

Isnt' she lovely?

Thats great you finally made something for yourself.  Im like you, I make gifts to everyone and rarely for myself.  And normally the things i do make for myself I have people that are like "oh thats cute, can you make me one?"  And Im just like "Here you can just have mine."   Cheesy

Want to learn to crochet or knit?  I have a ton of extra crochet hooks & circular knitting needles.  Will throw in some pattern books and yarn for anyone interested in a swap.

I love the little gal you stitched up!  She's lovely.
