I finally got some of my photos from last year transferred to my new (almost a year old now) computer.
Here are a bevvy/flock/bunch of butterflies. I made three or four templates, drew them out on watercolor paper, cut them out and lightly sketched where I wanted the designs to be.
 They were painted with various shades of pearly lumiere acrylic paints and markers. Then I went nuts with the glitter. I used a glue gun to attach a wire to the backs for hanging. I had these hanging temporarily in the guest bedroom, then decided to use them on a whimsical Christmas tree last year. They looked really nice.

om my gosh these are beautiful! i love them on the tree, hubby to be and i will be celebrating our first x-mas in our own place, and have a sad little box of decorations, so i'm looking for ideas to use to decorate the tree this year, these are great Smiley
