I claim mama24boyz for Pumpkin slippers - I'm a us size 7, in blue/brown please http://www.ravelry.com/patterns/library/ladies-crochet-pumpkin-slippers

Hello! My name is Emily and Im 18, originally from Connecticut and currently attending college in Pennsylvania and majoring in Environmental Earth Science. Im a vegetarian and love to read, write, crochet, and drink tea. Im a massive hoarder and dont have nearly enough organization options in my dorm. Im a bit of a geek and really eco-conscious.

I dont really have any particular style. I love earth tones and rainbows, and paisley and plaid fabrics. I really love anything upcycled or eco-friendly. Not a huge fan of the color pink or most floral patterns. I also dont typically go for things with a more girly feel to them. I prefer things that have some sort of function, as opposed to decorative.

No allergies, but please remember that Im living in a college dorm and wont have much use for things like, say, candles. Wink

Pinterest: http://pinterest.com/willowenigma/ - Anything inspired from here would be awesome! The only boards that are exceptions are any for a specific swap, Things Ive Received in Swaps, Food to Make, and Christmas Present Ideas. The Inspiration board would probably give you a better idea of my sense of style.

-Reusable shopping bags

Maybe something like this: http://www.etsy.com/listing/82798285/set-of-3-crocheted-storage-basket-in?ref=tre-845054858-12 or this: http://pinterest.com/pin/117867715217109264/
-Homemade soap, especially felted soap
-Mug rugs and/or coffee cup cozies
-Anything inspired by the works of J.R.R. Tolkien. I am a massive Tolkien fan and would appreciate just about anything inspired by his books. I would especially love something inspired by The Silmarillion, if anyone is familiar with it, but something from The Hobbit or The Lord of the Rings would be wonderful as well.
-An owl bag, like this one: http://www.fiskarscraft.com/articles/t_treatbags09.aspx
-A bag, t-shirt, or jewelry with a willow tree on it
-A wallet, preferably something small enough to fit into my pocket but with enough space for some cash and a couple of cards
-Unpaper/reusable paper towels
-Bookmarks, of any sort of medium
-Knit or crocheted socks, especially with two different yarns so they coordinate but dont actually match. Something like this, though not quite so patterned: http://www.uncommongoods.com/product/mismatched-socks
-A how-to kit for bookbinding
-Wool dryer balls
-A poppet, either something earthy or something inspired by one of my favorite books/TV shows
-A trash bag for my car, something like this: http://pinterest.com/pin/65161525828027226/
-A small journal, preferably around 6 high, no preferences for material but I love pages with rough edges
-Reusable snack bags like this: http://owensolivia.blogspot.com/2011/08/olivias-snack-bag-tutorial.html although I would appreciate it if they were lined with plastic or an easy-to-clean fabric

-Any sort of embroidery or cross-stich supplies (hoops, thread, patterns, etc.)
-Bamboo or wooden crochet hooks, any sizes
-Origami paper and books
