I was asked by the organiseres of a bookcrossing* event to make some bookmarks to go in the goodie bags that all the attendees would be recieving.
So, I asked bookcrossers to send me any broken books they may have - with missing pages or waterlogged or suchlike and used them to make these simple little book marks.

They are just a square of paper sewn onto a square of felt and decorated with buttons & ribbons from my stash.
It took a while to make so many (about 50 in total) so I was glad I'd kept it simple - and I think it's still an effective design, i like that the different buttons and colours mean each one is unique

I'm always up for swapping hexies, felt badges,or TM patches (or anything, really!) - PM me Cheesy

I love this! I might make some for members of a writing group I'm in.
