I would firstly like to apologize for spamming up everyone's Craftster feed for the past few days, and I assure you that this is the last installment of my bedroom makeover. I PROMISE. Smiley

SO! My grandmother gave me her old sewing machine/table!

And I really wanted it (a) in my room and (b) to match my room without (c) tearing it up or painting it. So I snatched up these curtains at the thrift store for $3...

...along with some sew and stick velcro and a piece of HDF I had laying in the garage, and...

I like big grommetted things and didn't want to just throw them away, so I tacked them along the edge. Its not crooked, I promise, I just couldn't find the iron to iron it before I took pictures Smiley

Thank you so much you guys!

This is great and what a fun idea I too have an old sewing machine table used strangely enough as a sewing table ha ha but mine could do with some jazzing up. I'm super girly so I could myself threading a ribbon through the grommets and tying a big bow.

love this idea  Grin

Super cool!
I love those kinds of curtains, the grommets are neat. Cheesy

*going to hunt for a table*
