I was holed up this weekend house sitting and decided to use my time wisely and try out a new pattern. I cut out a bunch of fabrics. I couldn't decide which one I liked best and with each one I made I thought of a new fabric that would be great.  Cheesy  I have a few more I still want to try.

These purses are slim enough to fit under your arm for a clutch feel and big enough to take on a day trip or night out. They are roomy inside and fit all the essentuals. I still have to make a zebra print one for my neice.
The o-ring seems a bit big and I may make that a bit smaller on my next round of these.

I like the pleated detail. Here is a close up of one of them.

Here is the top flap of the Ghastlies one. This is such a fun fabric!

 Thanks for looking!

I was going to ask the same thing, because they look simple enough for someone like me who's not the best seamstress to make. Cheesy

And I bet they'd be a HIT at our annual Craft Fair.

My normal seems crazy, weird, freakish to other people. And that's ok. I dont want to be "normal". I'm not broken. I don't need to be "fixed".

The pattern is called the Josy. It works well with a lot of different fabrics. I like that the front flap lets you do a focus piece.
I got the Ghastlies fabric from Etsy a long time ago but I think they re-released it, in every color except my favorite - the green, because it's back on there at a resonable price now.
