It is an altered casting from a digital print of a portrait sculpture I did of Juan Manuel Fangio, a champion race driver, for my husband's company Immense Miniatures.  Fangio happened to look a lot like Napoleon - all I did was give him a little more hair, slightly more severe eyebrows, and a different outfit.  The costume was done by carving and also by building up with gesso.  It was, I should admit, way too much fun.  Cheesy
