I've been looking around a lot at vintage dresses from the 1930s. LOVE the style. Here is my interpretation of a 1930's dress and hat (my own patterns).

The dress and hat are cotton/lycra jersey. The turquoise ties and calla lily on the top are a woven cotton print. I also used a small piece of vintage lace on the hat.

Your girls were made to be models!!  I love seeing them model your dresses.  This looks like another great one - I like your style too!   Cheesy

I think it give the "grown up" look alot of kids want sometimes, without being anywhere near inappropriate which i love. I could see you taking your kid to important gatherings, or somewhere that you need to look extra nice, in this dress.
