I LOVE Van Gogh's Starry Night. There is just something about it... it's so tranquil. Smiley

Anyway, I have been teaching myself the art of papercutting and I decided to make a tribute to Van Gogh's Starry Night with one of my own. It took about 15 hours total to cut out.

What do you think?? I love it! Smiley

I almost can't believe this is a paper cut...I thought it was a drawing scraped away from those black scratch off boards. This is amazing!

Amazing, that is all I can say. I love the tiny details. How big is that? and what paper did you use? always find that interesting.

This one is only 8x10... I am planning on starting a bigger one soon... like 14x18. We'll see how it goes!
