This post really touched me.   I had an anxiety attack today (In fact, I was looking for some kind of craft/art/etc. project, which made me find this site, because I am home alone while my husband and kids are at a function I made it halfway to and had to turn around and come home because I couldn't suck it up Sad ).  I love this.  Thank you for your bravery and sharing this Cheesy
