I made this drawing yesterday and I was totally un-inspired and unsure before I started, but while drawing the idea`s came and the motivation also came ^_^ I have to remember that, 'just start' and the rest will come.
I wanted to show it and ask people for their opinions, curious about if people like it or not. For me its one of the first drawings that I made with my new favorite medium, which is copic markers. I am totally, utterly and completely happy with them.
At first I did not have a colorless blender, but I found a cheap one yesterday and now its easier to create subtle color changes. Also I found a copic liner this week that is not black but brown, which is very nice for places where you want lines but not as obvious as in other places.
I really have been having a huge artists block for a couple of years, due to life difficulties and feeling to down to care. Losing creativity is like losing your hands and heart, losing half of yourself. I feel so relieved and joyful about the idea that it seems to be returning to me sometimes Smiley I enjoyed making this a lot!

This is quite beautiful. I especially like the way the "shirt" looks. I definitely think that you've gotten your creativity groove back. Smiley

This illustration as well as your ATC in the other boards are just gorgeous! Art sometimes has to be a habit that you form, doing a little each day to keep our mindset into creating. I look forward to seeing more. Smiley

Beautiful!  I love the details on the hair and the way you gave the shirt so much movement and depth.  I'm glad to hear you got your creative groove back, I'm sure it must be a relief to you. I love the quote, "just start and the rest will come", I'll have to remember that.

Life is too short to finish boring WIPs.

She is beautiful and reminds me of an American Indian art style I have seen.  I especially like the "movement" depicted and the details you have added. Keep drawing and draw for the sake of drawing to keep your ideas flowing.  Sketches do not need to turn into anything right now and many WILL be the basis of something later.  I have used some of my sketches in collages as well. Some sketches have been discovered years later and an idea comes from them. Good job!  Keep it up.

Oh! So beautiful!
I adored your tree/clouds but this one takes my breath away! It both has a lot of movement in it and at the same time seems very calm.
You are incredibly talented, and I'm looking forward to seeing more.

I'm so glad you are feeling better and rediscovering that important creative part of you. Smiley

In the end, only kindness matters.
