I've been wondering what Mod Podge is too, but was scared to ask!  Is it the same as PVA?

look for products in the glue or paint section of your craft stores that refer to "decoupage" or "adhesive and sealer" or talk about gluing paper to wood etc.

Here's product info about different types:

chic, my last 8 oz bottle was $4.69 at DeSerres art store in Edmonton on sale, I think there's a smaller size.  I get mine at Walmart(the best price), Micheals, art stores.  Its been around forever so should be like a staple product in most craft stores.

I personally like the matte better than the glossy which seems to have a stickier finish to it (not good with all the amazing amounts of cat hair floating in my house)  I haven't tried the paper one yet, I actually don't see the point since most of my collage is paper and the matte works just fine.  You do have to really flatten your paper down (I use my fingers and a brayer) to avoid it bubbling up.  It's white(a little thinner than Elmers white glue and probably PVA) but dries clear.  I do alot of art collageing and while many collage artists use the gel mediums ($$) to adhere and seal their work, I have much better success with mod podge.
