Here is a pic I just posted the other day. I use "glue" the image to the tile with Modge Podge and then apply two coats of Modge Podge on top. I top with resin (Envirotex Lite for these). I made a whole heap of them all in one go so I got a bit lazy toward the end about checking for air bubbles but breathing softly on them really does make the tiny bubbles go away. I have used bails from Etsy and Hobby Lobby. I glued the bails on with E6000 and my only complaint is that the resin doesn't smell but the E6000 is stinky and needs the ventilation!
