I received from the amazingly-talented gingerberrycc today! I am such a lucky swapper! Wait until you all see what she sent me. You're going to be so jealous!

Look at that loot!

First, an amazing treasure map! See that map, folks? That's hand embroidered. Wow. Some close ups of my favorite parts:

Such beautiful stitching! I'm trying to think of a way to display it, because I don't have very much spare wall space. I think I might make it into a pillow, so that I can look at it all the time.

Next, some treasure: Three, count 'em, three pairs of stunning earrings.

From left to right: "Full Moon Mutiny", "Pirates are da bomb!", and "Neptune's treasure". They're beautiful! My only problem now is deciding which to wear first. Cheesy

Then, this gorgeous sign for Will Turner's smithy. So cool! This is going up on  my wall.

She also sent a "magic towel" which grows when you put it in water and a awesome parley flag, which you can see in the main photo. I love everything so much! Thank you for being an awesome partner, gingerberrycc!

I love personal swaps!

Hehehe, love the box with the 2 Captain Jacks. Reminds me of how my friend used to think I was crazy because I called my long blue peacoat my captain jack coat until I finally explained to her that there's two captain jacks.

Lolz  Cheesy

Sent to craftyzooprgrl yesterday and since she's going to be out of town until the 16th, she gave me the OK to post pics for her.

So first up, a little plushie jail dog. Turned out a little more on the funky side than I had originally planned because of having to make the mouth be open but I think he's still pretty cute.

A mermaid throw pillow cover.

An anchor pillow/plushie thingy (My mom, of all people, wanted to steal this one). I don't know why but red and white stripes always make me think of pirates.

A set of coasters with anatomical drawings of all the sea creatures she may face on her voyages, I thought this was particularly appropriate seeing how as she's a marine biologist.

And some piratey wall art.

And for out little Doctor Who PS, I made her a mini 10th Doctor complete with stethescope, glasses, and 3D glasses. I spent waaaaay too much time working on the details for him and I think he was the hardest of the group to give up  Tongue

Hope you like everything Steph!
