Another Earth Day is coming and I've been making more wiggly trivets.
So I'm calling this set "Nature Trivets".

I've been trying to use only the supplies I have on hand. (I really need to stash-down my supplies!) So for these trivets  I've tried to use up the variegated threads I've accumulated.

One of these trivets is done in all variegated thread.

It's a bit hard to make out what's in the scene, (kind of reminds me of a watercolor painting), but it  consists of a sun in the upper left corner, two flying black birds, one large flower in the center, one small flower in the lower left, and a tree going along the right side up and curving to the left.
I was going to rip out the whole sky background and just use a solid blue color so everything would be distinguishable but then I thought, nah. I kinda like it this way.

A butterfly.

A snake.

And a dragonfly.

Happy Earth Day everyone!

Yes, it's called wiggly crochet. They are entirely made from number 10 crochet thread.

First you crochet a grid as the base with which you crochet on top of in a sort of "wiggly" pattern.  Cheesy

I like Kit-Kat, unless I'm with 4 or more people.
