Cookie made it to Utah! Here he is at the Utah Arts Festival. Can you see him?

Enjoying the cloudless mountain sky.

And eating a cookies-and-cream ice cream cone. Yum!

We can't wait to have more adventures!

For our blue photo challenge, I tried to teach Orson the finer points of dungeons and dragons, and let him borrow my blue dice set

And here he is having a go

And notice his surprise when he rolled a 20? (for those who knopw nothing about dungeons and dragons, rolling a 20=awesome)

Then we were reading thorugh a gaming magazine together, and Orson pointed out a particularly blue looking page, and wanted a picture with that too

I left Orson alone for a couple of minutes to get a drink and imagine my surprise when I walked back in to him having a staring contest WITH A MONKEY!!!

They looked like they were about to have a fight Sad so I asked what was happening. The monkey looked so upset, and turned away and started to cry

Orson felt so bad that the monkey was upset that he tried to comfort him and asked what was wrong

It turns out the monkey is actually named Monkey. He does not have a home, and has been watching Orson through a window since he arrived, and was very jealous of the things he got to do. Orson felt so sorry for Monkey that he invited him to stay with us. He even gave Monkey a big hug

Now the two of them are best friends...

...and Orson insists they have to do everything together.

He even told me I have to make another sleeping bag and pillow just like his before bedtime! *gulps*

I am so jelaous of Tesla! She looks like she's having an amazing time and those berries look lush! And an interesting fact is that the lead singer of AC/DC, Brian Johnson, is actually from my city so there was a bit of a hometown connection for Tesla  Cheesy

Today Ricki and I went down to the river front and watched some crazy people zip line off the Tyne Bridge to raise money for charity.

So Ricki wanted a picture of her with the bridge

We were watching the people zip down from bridge from a prime location on the other side of the river; in front of The Sage, which is a big, very cool looking music venue on the river front. I tried to take Ricki's picture in front of it as well but a big gust of wind came and knocked her down right as I snapped the pic. She was not impressed.

and finally...Our something blue picture!

Graffiti behind The Sage...

I'm thinking about getting metal legs. It's a risky operation, but it'll be worth it.

I know I'm taller than 8 inches (not by much, I'm a shortie  Smiley) but can I send myself as a Little Visitor for the next round? They look like they are having so much fun.

Last night Mal went to a Cruise In and stopped for ice cream before going home.

Penelope got to go with me to pick up Hubby at the airport yesterday.

We enjoyed the art work hanging in the airport for a while

Then because the kiddos are out of town, we three went to one of the famous local restaurants for "date night"

She was quite happy to hang with the rita while we enjoyed catching up on all the things he'd done on his work trip.

Afterwards we headed over to the theater to see X-Men 1st class. which we all enjoyed.

Today we've been taking it easy and re-installing WoW to play on my comp.
So she's been hanging with Mimi, Squiddy and the gang.

I'm bringing sexy back, I think I dropped it somewhere between the donut shop and the Cheesecake Factory.

Here is Ovechtrick when he got here.  He brought snacks and it seems he got hungry along the way since there was an empty package floating around somewhere.

He brought along some friends!  He was quarantined from them though so he wouldn't catch anything.

Today we went swimming. I even got a blue pic! Ovechtrick and Zeph have become quick friends and had fun playing at the pool and floating on the water.  He didn't get wet.  I think he was a little iffy about the water.
