Checking in!  I'm mid-idea-change, so I'll be burning the midnight oil on this one to get it done this week!

Maybe it sounds really stupid, but I discovered how difficult I find it to make just simple but good squares  Roll Eyes I have to re-do one and for the second one I'm buying graph paper to help me with the forms.

I've made some test-thingies for my second cover that turned out pretty cute, so I'll send them as extras.

I know what you mean Calabaza--"I'm mid-idea-change, so I'll be burning the midnight oil on this one to get it done this week!" My second one wasn't going well so I changed direction. Things are going better but I will have to hustle to get it done on time.

Well, good pattern paper helped a lot (why haven't I thought about this like ten years ago?  Roll Eyes) and I think both covers turned out pretty nice.
I'll bring Holistic Knitter's package to the PO today! Hopefully it will stop raining for a minute...

Well I planned to get a little work done tonight, but I got carried away and finished all four pillowcases! I'm still considering adding a little something to one of them, but I have to wait until tomorrow to take pictures anyway. Hoping to send tomorrow after work or have the postie pick them up on Sat. Yay!

I've got some finishing touches to do on one pillow and am about halfway done with the other.  I am going to try and finish it up today or tomorrow.  I should be mailing on time.

Alas I have had to hold off crafting until tomorrow - the part-time job I got (YAY! RENT!) turned out to be EXHAUSTING and every day for the past two weeks I have come home, sat on the couch, woken up enough to have cold cereal and fruit salad for dinner (too hot to cook!), and then fall into bed. Repeat!

Tomorrow, though, is NO WORK!  So I get to spend all day CRAFTING!  WOO!   Grin
