so my friends had a craft party last night, and there were a bunch of different kinds of sheets from an earlier fort party! i took a ton of them and made a dress. the top part is made from a pillowcase, and i took the elastic from a fitted sheet.

here i am modeling the finished product.

this is my "IT HAS POCKETS" demonstration.

here is a lovely picture of my friend martin modeling it.

a back view, also provided by martin.

three AM waffle house action shot.

finally, a closeup shot i took when i later got home to my attic.

why yes, i do have an etsy! http://www.etsy.com/shop/katydidnot
also, here is my tumblr: http://katydidnot.tumblr.com/

Looks like you had a lot of fun making that as well as wearing it.  Love the mixing of the prints and colours.

I love all the different patterns. It's one of my favorite dress silhouettes, and you did a great job making it to fit you! Also, what a great idea using the elastic from a fitted sheet. Awesome.
