rhinestic, I heart LOVE that ninni!

As for me, I'm counting down the hours till my five-day Memorial Day Weekend, where I should be able to make a good dent in my Craftster obligations amidst grading about 101 papers...

I definitely have to work on the mouth also. I really don't even know how to do those stitches, but I am going to do a google/youtube search. I have done a few different stitches a while back from a library book, but definitely don't remember how to do it. Any ideas?

General inquiry:  Do Ninni's ever have tails - Maybe when they are dressed up as a creature or animal with a tail??
Well i can tell you that the ninni that i made for triissyy has _ _ _ _ E _ _ , so i would not be surprised to see some tails, too!
Rhinestic! That ninni's dressed better than i am! Great job!

I use the zigzag stitch with a stitch length of almost zero - so it makes a satin stitch. Hope that makes sense.
I put the stitch guide to about .05 - I have a very basic Brother machine so that may be specific to my machine.
And Youtube has lots of good sewing tutorials.

For the mouth, I cut it out from a piece of felt and stitched it on cuz I couldn't do the stitches needed, and I have 3 dead sewing machines at the moment.

Yall are fast! Though these guys are quite quick to sew, I'm still scheming mine up. I've got most of the supplies, so just hunting down one or two more things before really diving in. ^_^

Quick?! They take me a good 3 or 4 hours! Then again, I do handsew them all... and I've never really sewn anything before, heh.

Ah, yeah, if hand sewn (which I do often for my plush robots) these would take a good bit longer ^_^
