I've spun another combo yarn, just can't stay away...Smiley

This is "Retreat, Fat Cat!"

7.5 oz/212 g and 759 yards/694 m of 3-ply fingering sock yarn. One ply is Spunky Eclectic Retreat on wool blend, one ply Fatcat Knits Mixed Blessing Club - January on merino and one ply Fatcat Knits Mixed Blessing Club - February on Falkland (the fiber pictures are in that order, from top to bottom and the bobbins in the same order, from left to right). I spun all three tops from beginning to end, no splitting.
I really like how the mostly grey Retreat toned down and made a great background for the other two. The yarn is soft but still sturdy and I think it's gonna make great socks! Oh how I love combo spinning...

The color of rovings you choose I would think wouldn't look good together but you make them so gorgeous!

Gives me good inspiration.

Thank you so much!

charaxesdistanti: I chose these three based on that they all had grey or white and aqua orblue, which made me think they'd go well together. I wasn't sure until I had finished plying though, haha. Combos are TENFOLD the excitement because of this! Cheesy
