SO I stumbed upon this great tutorial http://www.craftpassion.com/2009/05/recycle-tutorial-making-of-t-shirt-yarn.html on how to make an old or new t-shirt into yarn! I am a sucker for recycled things and I love to knit and crochet so I figured I would give this a shot! You can also see this here on my blog! Thanks for sharing the tute! I was planning to clean out closets in a couple of weeks when the school year is done. I think I'll save the old t-shirts instead of donating them. I'm picturing wider yarn strips to make a cute knit rag rug for my laundry room!
