I received yesterday from kaz814 and amber.hope!

kaz814 sent me two handy knitting needle rolls (that I desperately needed for DPN's and Circulars) and several lovely flat quarters.

amber.hope sent me a WONDERful tote bag and some VERY sour candies (that didn't make it into the photo cause I'd already torn into them). One side is all photos from Alice's Adventures In Wonderland and the other is Through the Looking Glass.

Thank you both, ladies! These were WONDERFUL gifts!

Huh Does anybody know if I can still make another claim, or is it too late? Huh

So glad you both liked everything.

And just for the record, I didn't stencil the onesies, I traced them and then painted it by hand, my drawing skills suck but I can trace like no other  Grin  I was just glad to have a HP fan to make those for, I've had the ideas for a while and had noone to make them for, although the maurader's map one I could make for myself cuz its not strictly a baby design like the other, I guess I just haven't gotten around to it.

VanGo- I totally know what you mean, I have to keep myself from looking in the baby section of the pattern books every time. Luckily I have a friend who's daughter just turned one and another with a 8 month old son, so I can put most of my cutesey baby crafting urges into them.

I was wondering the same thing. From what I understand of the rules you should be able to make claims until the end of the month, but this is my first Bday swap so I'm not sure.

Oh and I think I forgot to mention, the tutu is machine washable and should be pretty durable so you don't have to worry about ruining it, although I wouldn't put it in they dryer just because that turns it into a tangled mess. Like I said before, I usually make tutus for my neices and I don't make anything for kids that can't go through the washer.

And where did you find that alice fabric for shylitlegoddess's bag? I love that its all pics from the original book. I've been obsessed with that book for ages now.

It's actually iron on transfer paper. I tried about 5 different techniques for putting the pics on their and finally settled on the iron on transfer. As for the pics I just arranged them myself from pics off the internet.

This might answer your question..
 6. Every birthday participant must make at least one claim. You may have up to two claims at a time, unless you are an FOC or a first time swapper, and then you can claim again once your items are received (not when you mail out). New swappers may only have one outstanding claim; they may claim again after their first claim is received. FOC's may have 3 outstanding claims at a time.
Or this might.... the sign up date is till the 31st of May. so it seems we can pick till then.
