OK, no, I can't fool myself anymore. Those browns do NOT look like reds. Bah! Start over. Same design but I'm switching from reds to ______ But is this fabric green, yellow, gold, or brown?! I can't tell! My husband can't either! Maybe I should just call it _____ and start with it but that's what I think I did with the browns/reds and that turned out wrong. I think I will keep that hoop, though, just call it my own. Maybe I'll post a pic here when I'm done? It's not to far from being done, come to think of it... Maybe the first thing I should do is put these books down, but I really want to finish the series by the time the Summer Reading program at the library starts! AH! AND I HAVE NINNIES TO MAKE!!!

So my hoop and I needed some apart time.

There was one part that I wasn't sure if I liked or not, although today my dd said "mom, why haven't you finished that hoop?" and I said because I'm not sure about ____.  and she said, "huh, I really like that part."  So maybe I'm being over critical.

I think I'm ready to work on it again and see if we can come to peace with each other Smiley

Looking for a vintage magazine (1974 - 1978) that has a fabric nativity set w/ people and animals. An example: http://www.craftster.org/pictures/showphoto.php?photo=440861&ppuser=143144.

Ok, so I still don't like the first hoopla I did, so the second design is on cloth and ready to start stitching with the few shades of _______ I have on hand.  By the time I finish the areas that will be those shades, I should have my ridiculously HUGE order of floss, and be well stocked in all the ____ I could possibly need!  Grin

Boycott haters.

I've been stitching away all day, and now I only have a little left to go! I don't know why I gave myself so much filling to do, I must be mad. Tongue It takes so long, but at least it looks good. At least, I think it looks good, I just hope edenkitty thinks it looks good too!
