So I plan on opening a store on Etsy or Artfire (or wherever) sometime for my clothing and I want it to be CeeJayRose and then on my business cards it will say:
Clothing and Designs

And now for photography I was thinking before of just going with CeeJay Photography. I kind of like to keep it all the same. And before I wanted to do CeeJayDesigns for my clothing (but when searched on Etsy and Artfire it was already taken) so now that CeeJayRose isn't really specificed what it is I was thinking maybe I could go by CeeJayRose Photography....

So the question is...
CeeJay Photography
CeeJayRose Photography?

Go with CeeJayRose Photography. Build one brand name...

That's what I was thinking. Originally I wanted CeeJay to be the brand name and then add on clothing or designs and photography to it...but that plan changed. lol

Actually, CeeJay or CeeJayRose is your brand; those things (design, photography) you do are just off-shoots. I'm guessing CJ is a nickname of some kind, so I don't know the significance of Rose, but if you want to build a brand, putting a specific division of the many things you might do in the name (like photography) just creates confusion later on.

C J are my first two initials. Rose was just because I didn't want to just say CeeJay. And it wouldn't really be in the name. Like the clothing the name would be CeeJayRose ONLY. But on my business card is where it will say "clothing and design" just because CeeJayRose doesn't tell you what it is...

The name will ONLY be CeeJayRose...the rest distinguished what it is. Such as if I made a facebook page for my photography I wouldn't just say CeeJayRose because you have no idea what it is.

My vote is for CeeJayRose and then on the business cards just specify what (clothing or photography) you are referring to.

I agree that you should keep both the same.  I am also split into two different things, photography and plushies, but I use Sweater Eyes for both.  I think it would be more confusing for any fans/ customers if you used different names.

Ill weave your names into my ribcage; lock your hearts inside my chest.
Regain the passion I once carried; do away with all the rest.
I tore the sickness from your bodies; smashed its head against the bricks.
I made a castle from its bones that you may always dwell in it.

CeeJayRose it is!! Cheesy Thank you everybody. That's pretty much what I thought would be best but I felt like asking to see others opinions.
