I'm glad you like everything canamharris! Your daughter is so cute! You should be able to hang the organizer part over the edge like the threadcatcher unless you have something heavy in there.

duh. I knew that right but for some reason my brain wasn't working when I set it on my desk. I now have it set up that way and LOVE it even more!

My wonderful package from Nilmerg arrived yesterday. I just realised I forgot to include the fabric scraps she had left over in the photo, Nilmerg excelled in using as much as possible of the fabric.
On the left we have a bookmark, a cuff, a coaster and an eyespy bag (unfilled) In the middle, a headband and a pincushion. On the right, a necklace and two different pouches.

The fabrics she gave me a lovely leaf print and animals for applique.

Thanks Nilmerg.

Thanks Taniquel and OGD.

The Wrist cuff was the main thing that I wanted to make for Taniquel, it was inspired by her this cuff on her wist:

And this is my version. Taniquel said she liked jewel colours hence the ruby red flowers and the brighter green background fabric.

I had great fun trying out the coiled fabric bowl technique on this coaster too. It was funny how well the two completely different fabrics combined too in that piece.

The cuff is great!  The coiled coaster is great, too. Smiley

I received!!  Grin

Opening the box:

I love these fat quarters she picked!

And the crafted goodies:

There's a mug rug (Right?  It's a mug rug?), key fob, bookmark, set of four reversible coasters, 2 sets of cards, barrette, notebook cover, and necklace.

You did a fantastic job picking the fabrics; these are perfect!  The wearables, especially. Smiley  The necklace got actual oohs and ahhs (well, oohs, anyway) when it came out of the box.  (Not just from me, but from my little girls, as well!)  I love it all!  I am curious about those flowers.  I've made fabric flowers before, but I especially like the way yours are made.  Is there a tutorial for those somewhere?

Thank you again!
