**Um, picture morbidly obese - I warned ya**

So after being sick all week, I walked down the stairs this morning to find a very lovely surprise from Psyche...

(Of course it was unopened when I found it)

But alas!

So I moved on right to the goodies...

Amazing bookmarks, influenced by my Wists:

Some awesome jewelry. A beautiful sea glass pendant (also on my Wists) and a great Librarian pin (I'm on my way to acheiving my Super Librarian Powers):

A very cool tote bag.  It made me think of the Three Billy Goats Gruff - I love me some fairy tales:

And the other side:

Last, but not least - the books! Inspired by my love for fairy tales, Greek/Roman mythology, Regency romance, and trivia:

Thanks you for everything, Psyche!! It's all amazing! Can't wait to start reading...

Ah! I almost forgot...I went against my instincts and actually left the card for last, but I thought it was really neat, so I wanted to post it too:

Great package! That tote is so cute. And I love the books, as well. I've always found re-written fairy tales so much fun.

Yes, I'm seriously coveting that goat fabric.

I've received, but haven't had a chance to take pics yet.  I'll share them soon!

I received! My package arrived on Thursday just in time for us to get home from the hospital. What a wonderful surprise to come home to.

Prepare to be jealous because AprilInAutum seriously spoiled me and sent an AMAZING package. I am so, so, so in love with the things she sent!

First, all the goodies together

From left to right: The bursar's Dried Frog Pills box from Terry Pratchett's Discworld series, a make up bag inspired by Pretties from the Uglies series by Scott Westerfeld, A Harry Potter library index card mini-notebook, and down in front two magnetic Discworld bookmarks, a set of stickers and a bumper sticker inspired by Patricia Briggs Mercy Thompson series.

Now for some detail pics because these are just so amazing.

Look at that lining! Eeee. It's a word cloud with phrases and words from the Uglies series. So cool! I love, love, love, love this. No way am I putting make up in there and potentially staining it. I'm thinking maybe my DMC floss can go in there Cheesy

Isn't this the most amazingly cool little box? I adore the detail and the frog on the inside. So awesome. I just want to stare at it and play with it for hours.

Eeeeee! Thank you, thank you, thank you April for an amazing swap. You seriously made my week! Also, I think it's hilarious we picked the same series to craft for, heh. I really hope you like your package as much as I love mine!

Is that Bitten by Kelley Armstrong? VERY good read! I've read up to Dime Store Magic in that series, and I highly recommend them to anyone!

Yay, glad you received, Ransom! And the goats (& mountains, interesting trees, chalets, etc) fabric is from Ikea. Smiley I'm making myself a bag with it too.

Gates of Sleep is from one of my favourite series' (The Elemental Masters), all redone fairy tales at the turn of the 20th Century with elemental magic! And Bitten by Kelley Armstrong is Also one of my favourite books ever. Smiley

Glad you liked it tapestrymlp!  I thought it was funny that we'd chose the same themes as well.  I like that we both clued into Mercy's Garage. Smiley

I also received and I'm sharing my beautiful goodies!

First off, the books and two bookmarks (which, as tapestrymlp says, are always useful!).

I'm in a book club and I was just thinking I'd have to run out and get Water for Elephants this weekend since it's our next pick, but now I don't have to.  The Book Thief is another of our choices.  I'm interested in jumping into Magic Bites since I haven't heard of it before and so I probably wouldn't have picked it up on my own.

A better view of the Mercedes Thompson bookmark.  I love how the tattoo-style design is cut out.

And here's my favorite item.

A Great A'Tuin (from Discworld) notebook!  I asked for a notebook specifically and she delivered. She painted the back and front with stars and then the Great A'Tuin is cut out and three dimensional on the front.  It's always great to get something in a swap that you would have bought had you gotten the chance.

Thanks again tapestrymlp!  Hope you love Bitten - it's one of my favorites.
