alrighty....I'm totally in love with your embroidery Cheesy

...can you tell me what machine you have and if you would recommend buying one? I've totally taken your advice on board about an embroidery machine before an overlocker, and I'm making a giant wish list atm Tongue

I have a janome 350e & love it. Wait until the Christmas or Mothers Day sales. I got mine nearly a third off on sale. I got mine from Metro Sewing Centres (at Fountain Gate).

As far as an overlocker goes, you can use zigzag stitch to neaten the edges of your sewing rather than overlocking. I don't use mine very much.

I use Urban Threads designs because they are really good quality, they don't seem to have unnecessary stitches & they have pretty funky patterns. I use Embroidery Library if I need something more "traditional"
I ave also downloaded Stitch Era Universal to digitize my own designs but I'm yet to learn how it works. The OH has been more successful at it than I have.

You are more than welcome to come round & have a look at mine if you want to
