I just wanted to say that I don't know how I ever lived without Stazon ink pads.

It's all different now. Thank you.

Because I'm pushy I can answer that one...on these particular tins (the tiny ones) the rim is already black when you but it. On altoid tins, I will use a Staz-on Ink to darken mine.

Its the Sharpies of ink pads. If you need to ink something that most ink won't stick to, go for Staz-on. Just remember to get their cleaner because regular stamp cleaner and soap/water don't work.

Actually, I haven't used it with stamps, lol.  I'm using it in places where I previously would have used little dibs and dabs of acrylic paint.

In my teeny-tiny world, a layer of acrylic paint can blow the scale of a carefully measured piece (not to mention that acrylics don't like to stick to metal)... and sharpies tend to have this weird cast to their color. 

I've found I can actually use teeny-tiny paintbrushes on the Stazon pad.  It's a bit quirky, but it works.
