My cousin is expecting her first child, and being the crafty un-aunty (ie second-cousin) to this little one, I want to make some useful and nice-looking goodies. S/he will be born around the end of August, so I know a sweater or two will be welcome (she lives in Toronto).

So my VIQuestion is: what is better? A cardigan or a pullover? A pullover would be warmer, me thinks, but a cardigan would be easier to put on/take off the babe. What do you crafty mamas think is best?

I'd say cardigan.
Much easier to put on and take off the bubba and when it was cold I would just layer clothes/blankets on DS.

Thanks for your input! That was my first instinct, too. Luckily I still have nearly six months to make lots of awesome little cardigans for the incoming spawn Cheesy

I agree, for little ones cardigans are easier to get on & off.
