Hmm ... I think I'm in luck. There are some of those Vogue On The Go booklets in my local public library. (I've never noticed a shawl booklet though - not that I would, because I do not particularly like shawls.)

But this is beautiful! And you are wearing it like it is comfortable.
Great work!
Hint: this is the place you take credit for your individualized interpretation of the Vogue pattern that resulted in its comfort and beauty.
(Does not matter whether you just followed all of the directions to the letter.)

~ btw, i *love* the idea of a knitted x-mas tree skirt!

... and i promise i'll try and get a better (daylight) action shot for you soon.

The shawl is very comfy! lucky me... i actually like to wear wool  Cheesy

in the meantime a brief spree into color theory:

... the "value" of the colors used... although i assembled the panels without this actual knowledge, i plan on making use a lot more of color theory in my knitting soon!

And *in the good spirit of wordwide craftiness* i'll always be happy to share the actual origin of my projects + useful info that i found out about myself Wink

This is stunning!! What lovely work! From the first picture it looks like another triangle could be added to turn it into a rug. Anyway, have fun wearing it!
