I saw this on the new project page--- she's cute but what in the heck is "TABLOACH OOAK KELLY"HuhHuh I'm guessing a doll mod...repaint? hair?

I'm sorry I wasn't more clear. This is a Mattel Kelly doll (Barbie's little sister). I went and did a partial repaint on her and restyled her hair. "Tabloach" is just my business name and OOAK means "one-of-a-kind."
