I want to put something in french or italian, hell any other language other than english & something sappy. I saw something in french that meant "it takes two to survive" or something along that but i forget where i saw it.

Any suggestions?

Is it a pair of rings for a couple?  or an individual's personal?

I always wanted a ring that said "Everyone who lives will someday die and die alone," but that's not really what you're going for, is it?
Eh, I fail.

Well it's a promise ring for my boy. He says we're going to get married, but obviously not anytime within the next four years because of college & everything. We're just a sappy couple. Embarrassed

I love this quote from Albert Einstein: Gravitation is not responsible for people falling in love

Cheesy i guess you can translate any good quote into another language using http://babelfish.altavista.com or something?

hehe this one looks cool too: Love: a temporary insanity, curable by marriage.

anyway, check out this page for ideas Smiley http://www.wisdomquotes.com/cat_love.html

hope that helps and good luck with everything  Grin

There is a great quote from the Song of Solomon that should be easy to find in Hebrew "I am my Beloved's & My Beloved is mine"...

"O che sciagura d'essere senza coglioni"

Which is, "Oh what a misfortune to be without testicles."

a piece of advice about using online translation services like babelfish, they don't translate correctly, you could end up with gobbelygook for an engraving . . . not very romantic at all . . . you're better off finding someone who knows the language.  just my two cents.  Smiley
