Hmmmm...well....ummmmm...

Struggling with what to make and how to get ideas from my head into production. I think I need to get my roll of newsprint out of the basement and sketch/draw my ideas. Then start tweaking.

I feel so overwhelmed.  Wink

Hopefully I'll be able to work on it for a couple hours this afternoon. Then look for fabric tomorrow. UGH...only fabric store here in podunk is JoAnn's, and there's not much selection.

A little concerned with my personal difficulties in cutting straight lines, but hopefully I will be able to overcome for this project....the upside, I suppose, is that I can sew straight so I guess I can always trim seams afterward.

I'm actually glad to hear I'm not the only crafter with straight line issues. I can't draw a straight line, or cut one, I'm better sewing it too.

I'm having serious doubts regarding my plans.  I'm just not sure if what I want to do is keeping in the spirit of the swap guidelines.  It's the only thing I've come up with, too.  Is anyone willing to PM with me, so I can talk through my ideas?  Hubby is no help in this department, because he can't conceptualize things; he has to actually see them.

I would gladly listen through some ideas.  I love conceptualization and perhaps it will give me more direction with my out MAQ.  Just drop me a line.

Sent you a PM.  If you want to bounce some ideas off me, too, please feel free!  Thanks for helping me out!!!
