Free upholstery fabric from the 1980s? Yes please!

This chair gets alot of use...We don't have a couch, so this is the default landing pad for kids, dogs, groceries, toys, baskets of laundry, etc.

Some kind soul gave me a whole bolt of scotch-guarded sofa fabric. I know the pattern's not really in style, but I like it. It looks kind of medieval-tapestry-ish.

Your chihuahua? looks perfect on that fabric. I'm impressed by you zipper stitching...I am hopeless when it comes to sewing anything!

Aw, thanks! Zero (the chihuahua) is my official cushion-tester.
I was pleased to be able to use that zipper finally; it's like 30" long and heavy, I almost threw it away during the last stash-purge!
