I received a totally awesome package of gnomieness from Knit_core yesterday!
She really went overboard on me and I love everything!  She had so many creative, cute and original ideas.  Onto the pics!

This is so cute and I have the perfect place to hang this in my craft room! It's 2.5 in x 3.5 in. I have no idea how she painted that detail that small!

This is an awesome knitted cup thing (I can't think of the name of it!).  It looks like a really tiny seed stitch for the knitting, and then she embroidered a gnome!  He's so cute!

I've been wanting to make a gnome like this for a while, but couldn't figure out how to get the shape of it! She must have read my mind! This is going on a shelf in my room.

Okay, this is uber amazing!  I love the silhouette of the gnome in a beautiful paper on a slice of a tree! This is so awesome! I will be getting some hardware this weekend so I can hang it on my wall!

And lastly, she made me a gnome in a terrarium (awesome!), but his head fell off Sad  My husband is going to help me try to melt the glue gun glue so I can get in and glue his head back on. Sad

Thank you Knit_core - this was a truly awesome package to receive!

I got a great package from MissEvil_penguin...she said that she was worried about this package, but she sent such cute stuff

a great zippered pouch, which I really need!!...she embroidered it with a cute gnomey...

and if that were not all, this gorgeous stickers and fridge magnet..plus a couple of shrinky dink charms (not sure what I will use these for yet, but they are sweet)

AND some personalised notepaper and envelopes...

Thanks so much evil_penguin, you were a fabulous partner.

I love personal swaps,  I print a lot of random fabric, usually with no purpose in mind.  let me know if you want any of it.

I put the RAGE in beverage.

His head fell off?  Oh no!!!  If you gneed a gnew little gnome guy to replace him, let me know.  This was my first attempt at fimo clay, so I might have done something wrong.  It was also my first attempt at painting in 11 years, so I'm glad it turned out so cute!  I'm glad you liked it.  Everyone made such great things!

Debbies only get respect in the knitting world.  How unfair is that?

Because Poe wrote on both of them.

Anyone up for a Jasper Fforde swap?

I received from my fabulous partner Foxy Sam!

I hope that you have your wisting fingers ready, because you are going to need them!

(Just so you know, we decided to make the swap a little bigger...we are greedy...or keeners...)

First off, we have a cute little gnome house

BUT WAIT!! Let's look inside!!

OOOOO! A gaggle of things!
Gnomeo...Juliet....their pet unicorn...and monkey...and a ZOOOOOMMMMBIE
(Okay, 2 of those were off my wists...)

Some more cutie gnomes..(the one in the front is a finger puppet!

And now...all my gnomes join my "Gnome Henge" in my stairwell

THank you so much Foxy Sam!

She has asked me to post what I sent to her as she is from New Zealand and has been working in Christchurch rescuing animals that have been effected by the Earthquake.  (What a wonderful young lady)
I will do so, but I think that I will wait till Friday...juuuuust incase she hasn't received yet...I don't want to ruin anything for her....THough I would like her to send an action shot of her wearing the one thing I made..(That is your hint Foxy!)

What an excellent partner.!
