Hockamomma, I'm so sorry to hear about your mom.  Same as Quaggy, my prayers are with you.

Stalkee I worked on your parcel today, got a little bit done and then I got sidetracked making jam......would love to send you some but it would cost more to post it than you could buy it locally.....

I'm so sorry for your loss Hockamomma Sad

Once again I'm a bit behind - A cat got into our apartment and scratched the life out of me, so I spent most of last night in the emergency room getting rabies and tetanus shots. I got home at about 3am and had to get up again at 6am to go to the municipal rabies clinic (can you believe they have a rabies clinic?) to start the course of the 2nd type of vaccination (you need to have two kinds - a "passive" one straight into the wounded areas, which you can only get in the ER, and then a course of 4 doses of "active" vaccine after 1, 3, 7 and 14 days. It's all been a bit of a shock and I'm pretty fed up of all the bad health, blood pressure crises and random cat maulings. I swear I've been sick non-stop since I emigrated to Israel, I think I'm allergic to it or something.

Im not crazy about reality, but its still the only place to get a decent meal-Groucho Marks

Hockamomma, how terrible for you and your family!  I'm so sorry.

sophieangele:  Sounds like life is pretty traumatic for you too right now.  Hopefully things will calm down soon.

I'm not getting much at all done and it's starting to worry me.  I admit to being a primo procrastinator and a crunch time worker at best, but I'm still getting nervous.  On the other hand, my house hasn't looked this good in ages.  I'm normally so lazy when it comes to housework that I just can't pass up this burst of domestic energy I seem to have gotten.  Never fear dear stalkee, if I have to work 48 hours around the clock at the end, your package will go out on time!

I thought of a wonderful hint for you today but it's too specific.  I hope I can remember it at the very end.
