... although I did promise myself that I would get my IYP package out before I really started this one!!

Me too!

Swaps are really giving me an incentive to make time for stitching - I don't think I've ever done so much embroidery each week!! Cheesy

I am doing a hoop for another swap and it's making me really want to work on this swap instead (the other hoop is not going exactly as planned)! I sketched both hoops out yesterday and if I can pull it off, it will be amazing. If not, I have a back up idea. Smiley

Also, this thread is so busy. I can't keep up with you all!

I know exactly what I am going to make!!! Not sure yet, if I am going to make just part of the idea though as it might get to big otherwise. Sometimes it can be very inspiring to just surf the net looking at other people embroideries...is it a bad sign if I did this for the last hour and a half  Cool My excuse is the bf is at a football match against the local other team and I have to watch that live game ticker to know how his mood will be when he gets home(they have won which on one hand is good on the other hand the other teams fans are definately the angry aggressive sort, so I hope the bf makes it home safely  Sad)

I started my hoops last night and if it works out like I want it too it is going to be great! So excited about my partner too! We have similar tastes.

I've got several ideas to choose from, and they're all equally epic, I'm having a hard time choosing which one to start! Sad

Shesh!  I don't check the thread and 10 pages go by! Cheesy

I have an idea. I just need to get it onto the fabric.  I feel rushed too, I'm such a detail nut that something simple can get elaborate in the blink of an eye.  Hope it all works the way I want. (Fingers crossed!)

Question:  Would you want to know exactly what your partner was up to or is it better to make it a surprise?

Off to find my light box. Smiley
