Wow, thanks Racky!  And everyone else. =]  The Lord of the Ring doors are part of a bookshelf my husband (then bf) painted together years ago.  He was the one who replicated to Mine doors.

A great idea. I bet your children love it for many years yet.  My children did play in cardboard boxes but I never thought to turn them into something better like you did.

This is such a great idea. Much nicer than those $10 "life size" cardboard houses the kids can color that I saw in my local Menards.

When I was little my dad used to make me pictures with a teletype machine, Fred Flinstone out of # and & symbols, that sort of thing. Your husband is a much cooler dad.
