aveykin,  I hope he proposes soon!  Smiley

I like the daffodil idea and would have to think about how I could execute the concept really nicely.  I LOVE morning glories, but I don't think they'd translate well into a beaded flower for a necklace because one of the most beautiful aspects is the trumpet shape, and I couldn't recreate that into a mostly 2-d piece of jewelry.  I have been working a lot on developing an orchid design, though! I love orchids and think they'd work really well for what I'm doing because they're so artistic-looking.  I just have to figure out how to make one that looks really good- they're so complicated and I want to do justice to nature!

Really beautiful!  I love the cherry blossoms - so delicate!

Looking for a vintage magazine (1974 - 1978) that has a fabric nativity set w/ people and animals. An example: http://www.craftster.org/pictures/showphoto.php?photo=440861&ppuser=143144.

These are all really beautiful, but the peacock feather is my favourite by far. I love the colours and asymmetry alongside the fact that, well, it's a peacock feather Cheesy Would you mind terribly if I picked your brains on how you did it? I'm dying for a pair of peacock feather earrings that won't go tatty after ten minutes' wear like the real ones tend to, I cannot find a pattern for a beaded feather anywhere, and I really don't have any idea where to start making it up Sad

I vote for pansies (or violas) as your next flower.

I registered on this site JUST to tell YOU how GORGEOUS your work is. LOVE that first one, and the Peacock.

I saw some of your work on another thread the Chinese influenced necklace. I LOVE it. Oh and again that Peacock. LOVE IT! Love all your work.  Wished I was half as talented.
