 I had fun doing this, and I've now got an awesome headband!
I used my own homespun (z twist) single laceweight (with it's slubs here and there Smiley )
The flowers were my own design, but I used techniques I learned while learning to make lace snowflakes.
The band that goes around the top and sides is Tunisian pearl stitch.  I love the way when done in a single row it gives bars with spaces between.




The back was done in the basic Tunisian crochet stitch.


I made an anklette as well, but it's twisted and I'm out of time to make another :/

What a pretty headband!  I've been meaning to experiment more with this sort of combining technique, but I haven't had the chance.  Anyhow, beautifully done. ^_^
