Ah maybe I'll even have the guts to lift in one of my "big" stitchings this year, and maybe that'll make me actually finish them! Cheesy

"That's my lab table and this is my work-stool. And over there is my intergalactic spaceship! And here's where I keep assorted lengths of wire."

...oh, if it wasn't clear, I'm rarely completely serious. Smiley

I was really hoping to get this part finished before last night, but I ended up getting a free (early) ride to a fantastic party.  BTW, Fruit Punch Vodka makes really awesome Jello-Shots.

So I've finished Collins, and here are some shots:

I've also got some Close-Ups:

And this is my baby, who doesn't appreciate the attention going somewhere else.

And for one last quick reminder, here's the original.

Hope everyone has had a great New Years!

Maybe this year I will keep with it.  That's one of my big resolutions.  I made a lot of changes in my life, and as long as health decides to go with it more I should have a ton of time for stitching.

(Ie- broke it off with the guy, and lost my best friend in the process too.)  Maybe in a few months when the guy settles down I'll be able to have my best friend back.  We just agreed today that it was better to let things cool down a while.  Sucks, but it is what it is.

Looking to de-stash cross stitch magazines, particularly Cross Stitch Gold or New Stitches?  Please drop me a line!  I'd love to swap or buy some missing from my library!

I have two big porjects on my plate in 2011 and I WILL finish them. My friend gave me a huuuuge packet with a wonderful fantasy image on it, and I just can't wait to get started. But, I have to finish the other two projects first...

Here is my 2010 big project that I am making for a friend.  I told him it will be finished by February of 2011 (... if all goes well...).  It is 11x14 and ironically I absolutely despise dragons.  Smiley
