2010 has been rough on my 4 year old with her new sister born in january and me starting my clinical rotations and being away from home a lot.
She's been such a little angel though. I wanted to make something special for her.

I chose three pendants and made her a gown to match each one.

Rose red:

Snow white:

And of course, no princess wardrobe is complete without a pink gown:

I also made a crinoline (8 yards of tulle and a LOT of time):

Most of the fabric and lace is salvaged from bargain bins or comes from swaps and ebay. The patterns are used ones from etsy.
I hope you like!

Absolutely stunning!!! The rose red is my favorite for sure & the pendant/necklace is the exact one I wore on my wedding day except mine was silver (& I had matching earrings too)    STUNNING!!! Your lil' girl certainly is lucky!!

Thank you!
I really liked that pendant too. The silver version must be beautiful.

Yes, I used McCalls costumes 2856 and McCalls costumes M4888. I found them on Etsy.
I modified them a bit but not that much.

The patterns fit very well, which is a good thing because she couldn't try them on before they were done.
They were also easy to sew.

All the dresses are gorgeous and I love all the details, but I especially love your explanation of why you made them for her, so touching  Smiley
