Hey. It is Christmas Eve, and I needed a last minute Christmas present for one of my cousins. I figured I'd make her something simple, so I took up the task of making a wallet. To my surprise, it was very, very easy and I'm so proud of myself! I think it looks good. I want one for myself lol and my dad asked me to make him one. I ironed it to get the creases straight. I was lazy though, and didn't sew up the sides. 100% hand sewn. Sorry if the pictures weren't very good, I took them with my iPod.

Also, I found out the place I was lazy at makes a great secret compartment for dollar bills!

If anyone wants a tutorial, simply ask me and I will gladly make one. (I have plenty of leftover fabric) The new one will probably be made of leather since my dad asked for a leather one. :p

Not only is it cute and well done, but I applaud your choice of last minute gifts.  In the past 2 days I've made tea wallets and jewlery rolls Smiley  Hurrah for last minute crafting!

The fabric is a nice choice... I found myself in crafty Christmas because of funds... But I think I enjoyed it way more than buying things... It seems like people really liked the items too!!! Crafting brightens the world...a lil glue at a time :-)
