It's been a long time since I have crafted- and this is the first product in my new pursuit of the crafts (hehheh) that I am REALLY proud of so I'm sharing it Smiley

I used a free pattern, and some leftover flannel fabric and cotton to make this (it is lined with calico which is pretty awesome to sew with, actually!)

You might notice the neckline's kind of low, and there's a lump on her neck.. Heidi has lymphoma and the lump is a result of the cancer. I had to accomodate that in my measurements so it doesn't squeeze on it Smiley

Heidi at your computarz sayin' HI!

Thanks for reading Smiley

Heidi is a sweetie, and the little shirt is cute. Keep us updated on how she is doing. That last picture just grabs me.

Thanks lovesclutter and Craftster2!

Unfortunately, Heidi is on the last lymphoma rescue protocol the vets here can provide us with - with only a 30% chance of remission but we're all hoping for the best Smiley

Heidi passed away on October 28 2009... I miss her so much, I have't been able to sew anything since she died, but now, coming back to look at her in her pretty dress, I feel like I should start making things again.

My dear girl, I love her so much Sad I really hope she is feeling better on the rainbow bridge,

My condolences regarding Heidi. You can tell that she was well loved by you. You did a really nice job on her dress.
