Thanks for the kind words.  The pans I purchased from the dollar tree are actual personal pizza pans but can be used for baking cake. The aluminum is the liner at the bottom of my oven so I do not have to clean the oven bottom often.  I just lay the aluminum on the bottom that is it. I use the heavy strengthen Reynolds they sale at COSTCO!! Keep it simple. Grin Cheesy

Your pizza looks very , very tasty.  I make my own at home and the kids really like to help with the toppings .  My hubby likes the taste and not having to go out in the cold to get the pizza too.

I make my own dough but it's still in the testing out stage as I have yet to find something I like.  I do make my own sauce so my questions are ...................
Those pans you used from the dollar tree...are they cake pans?
Does the aluminum on the bottom of the oven help  much with clean up.  Is that a cookie sheet wrapped in the aluminum?

Thanks   Grin

A place near us will make up the pizza base for you and lightly bake it. So I buy a bunch of these and freeze them. I also like asking them to make me a pizza (it's a design your own pizza type of deal) but then don't bake it, also good for freezing.

Cheating, I know.
