Not sure if this belongs here, in misc, or in purses. But oh well!

The side with all the crochet hooks is a LITTLE higher than the other side, but I'm still really happy with it! And no more lost crochet hook/scissors! Plus, I can  just grab it and some yarn and be ready to go.

that is so perfect! just what i've been needing! i tried to make a purse type crochet thing, but it didn't work out and now it's just a plain purse! instructions would be awesome! so do you have problems with losing your scissors too??? i thought that was only me! wow, i don't feel so dumb anymore! i don't really have a hard time with my hook, b/c it's HUGE!!!!!!!!!!! it looks like a knitting needle, with a hook on it! but oh well! it was free! i need to get a different size though and see how that affects my hats! thanks so much! I love your crochet hook holder.  Mine is simply felt, the same idea but much more simple.  May I suggest a name:  Crochet Hook Burrito.

I have one of those too. There's another thread with at tutorial here. I made mine from 2 A4 pieces of regular craft felt.

Well, if you're worried about things falling out, make a fold-over flap. I got mine to look finished by doing a LOT of stitching and hemming on the outside, not just sewing it together.

And yours is really nice! That's a good thread, too. I've made two since I made the one earlier, one for my embroidery, and one for little sewing things like safety pins. I like the two-layered-ness of yours!

I love this idea.  I've been wanting to make one for my knitting needles and one for my crocheting needles.  I just can't find a good enough tutorial for it.  Anyone have any ideas?  I need patterns.

Check out my Etsy shop!

www.craftylike.angel-star.org under the DIY section. It's not a PATTERN, but it shows you how to make one.
