Oh my holy crap silvermoon!!! The bag!! The dr!!!!
Well, yes, you are right it is an epic list, and it just got a little bit epic-er! preg_replace('/(.{49})/', '$1 ', 'Must.make.dr.who.bag.immediately.or.world.will.end')
That is beyond cool.
Maybe, being sensible, it could be a christmas project for me over the holidays. But I am now forever in your debt for showing me that such things exist!
You're right always- at least a list is something to aim for, hey?
What crazy holiday do you have coming up? (I'm not thick, jus British!!)

AIMR _ I did use acrylic paint on the light bulbs, but I would definitely use some kind of primer first. Maybe one you could spray. When I tried to put on a second coat it kept taking off the first one, so it took forever to get it all covered.

lozzie - I made the shirt with a little bleach mixed with water in a spray bottle. After it lightened to the color I wanted I poured hydrogen peroxide on it to neutralize the bleach and then rinsed it all out.

Latest finishes for me...

dozen crazy fleece hats
dozen fabric and elastic headbands

Counting those each as 1.

To do...

More hats
finish ribbon quilt
make modern irish chain quilt
5 fleece shawls
map quilt... whole cloth project
bug quilt... trim blocks and get it assembled
5 more mini messenger bags
at least 1 dozen more headbands
snowman tablecloth
Christmas/winter badges

EEEP.  I don't think I should have typed that out.  Now I am paralyzed with indecision about where to start.  I need JK's organize and go for it skills!

HEY!  I just updated my list and I have hit 50 for the year!  YAY!!!

lozzie--we are having turkey day...Thanksgiving, Nov 24--probably one of the largest US family holidays...it is not really a religious holiday so everyone seems to celebrate...then there is Nov 25, Black Friday...the start of the Christmas season shopping!

Personally, I think it is horrible how they start earlier and earlier and cut into family time (or sleep!), so I rarely go shopping--I will be crafting and eating leftovers!

I am about 1/4 through my Dr. Who scarf...if I get it done by the end of the year, I will certainly count it as 3 projects! Cheesy  It should be a little over 14 feet...an average scarf is about 4 feet? Cheesy

ha ha I found this Halloween decor I forgot to post...it is purchased stockings, stuffing, sticks and my shortie boots...next year I will be making witch panties and a broken broom to go with it... Cheesy

Omg!!  Love the Halloween decor! And waggons-jus remember you've already hit your 50, so you know you can do it!
Thanksgiving sounds cool, although I totally get the whole mental holiday thing. Over here Christmas trees were up at the start of October, so it's not really too much difference in the ridiculously early stakes. Maybe it's just where I live, but people here get a bit crazy over eid vs christmas, so I think a non-religious Holiday sounds kinda cool.
I've just got home now, gonna have a shower, flob out in my jamas and look got some suitably poo-coloured wool to knock out a happy poo before bed (sounds so very wrong on so many levels, lol!!)

Finally did my first tutorial on sunpainting.  I put it on my blog blog for now.  I'm going to count it for another project.  I used some old pictures from a workshop I used to give.

I am excited to try that!  I have done sun printing on paper before but not fabric...it is such an interesting look!

The tutorial is excellent!  Is the paint readily available or do you have to order it?

Auuggghhh.  Life got crazy, and it's been one thing after another, and I forgot I hadn't come back here.  (Sorry, always!  I'll have to meet up with you next year, when I think my conference will be in the same place.  This time I'll know to plan ahead. Wink )

I have to go back and see what I've done over the past two months.  Is there a November challenge that I missed?  (I didn't see it, scrolling back through, but I didn't read very thoroughly, either.)
