My husband and I don't do Valentine's Day either.  Or our anniversary.  Both are between Christmas and my birthday, and if we observed them with presents, we'd be doing presents all winter.

Huh.  Actually, that doesn't sound so bad...  Cheesy

I just finished some baby shower presents today. Neither were on my original list, but that doesn't bother me.

First a bunny ear beanie.

And last a newborn skirt and headband. Can you believe the skirt started as the sleeves of my husband shirt?

Its post can be found here.

Ok, so I haven't been keeping up with the thread, but I've got a project and all the stuff to start it so here I go! Plus the fact I am being snowed in as we speak makes me want to snuggle up with some needlework. So I am going to start Bucilla 43473 "Set To Go". Hopefully it won't take me more than a couple of months.

Spent the night making a cushion with my 8yo - she picked the fabrics, i spent an hour or two sewing while she watched spongebob!!

Made completely from stash... could have used a zip maybe 1-2in bigger but I think it looks fine Smiley

aww--I love seeing Valentines things!  What a cute plaque!

The bunny beanie is also adorable!

kwiltykate--that is a lot of pink goodness in the pillow!  I know little girls (and big ones!) love pink!

I can see that there is going to be a lot of entries in the February challenge! YAY!
