So I got the tic tac toe game completed, but I can't post pics since one of my swap partners is getting a similar one.  I also finished the lunch bag, but again a swap partner is getting one lol.

Finished a teddy bear yesterday, but we've been so busy getting the house clean I hadn't had time to take a pic. This one is kinda sucky but I had to get him documented before he goes with his new playmate tomorrow.

Some of my friends obviously think that I don't do anything but craft! I just had a friend ask me to make a hat and mittens for her sister's baby (no problem) could I have them done the next day....um problem!! I love doing things for other people especially little ones, but come on!!
Well I got the mittens done and the hat mostly, thank goodness she had to revise and I get to sunday to finish. The really unfortunate thing is that while she will pay me for the materials I'm not likely going to see anything extra for the work (and I really hate to ask ) Sad
oh well the kiddo will be nice and toasty and I will absolutely demand photos

This is what I made today, a cute fleece baby jacket!

Took me most of the day, had a few hiccups, but I am really pleased with how it turned out Smiley

The bear and the baby kimono are adorable!!  great job!!

And, shan-e-bear, I feel your pain!  At my family reunion this year, I wore a sweater that I had spun and knitted....my cousin's wife really liked it, and he asked me if I could make one for her.  He is a super nice guy, and his wife is awesome, so I say Sure!!!  Then he says, "could you do it by christmas?"   (and this was the end of November)  So I say.....No....then he asked if I could do it by her birthday.  Much more reasonable!!!  People don't realize the time involved!

That is really adorable. Did you use a pattern or make it up? I have a couple of best friends with toddlers and a new baby on the way; this would make a great gift.

That baby fleece jacket is freakin' adorable!  Holy cow!  Great work.

And purple's my favorite color so I'm completely biased towards the teddy bear!  So adorable.  I love that his pads on his feet and the inside of his ears are multi-colored.  That's really cute!

So - in other news - I'll definetly be working from my stash for a few days (which I was doing anyway) but now its enforced.  Sad  I'm in ATL visiting my SO and somewhere between CLT and ATL I lost my wallet.  We spent yesterday afternoon cancelling/blocking all the credit/debit cards and I still have to order a new license.  However!  I can't drive without my license (I could but...  you know) and I can't drink!  Right when I REALLY need one.  The people at the resturant were really b****y about it.  And it made me even angrier that the manager just stood there and repeated the same thing at me again when I explained the situation.  I HATE it when people do that.  Ok - sorry - I'll go back to crafty topics...  just needed to vent.  Sad

Love the Bear and the Kimono jacket.  I just may have to add that jacket to my list of things I want to do. Sigh, to many things I want to do and not enough time.
